Buki has built her career on a foundation of integrity, clinical excellence, and a deep passion for mental health advocacy. Her approach is rooted in compassion—meeting every patient with empathy, patience, and a desire to understand the whole person beyond their diagnosis.
As a seasoned leader and clinician, Buki combines her clinical expertise with entrepreneurial insight to develop programs that serve diverse communities with dignity and respect. Lonnie Reed is a licensed Community Health Worker (CHW) who plays an active role in shaping community health policy and service delivery across Arizona. He collaborates with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Arizona State University (ASU), and various statewide initiatives to strengthen the CHW workforce and advance equitable, culturally competent care.
With lived experience in behavioral health and recovery, Lonnie brings both empathy and expertise to his work. He is known for delivering care through a humanistic, person-centered approach—grounded in authenticity, clinical insight, and a deep understanding of real-world challenges.
Lonnie has designed and implemented innovative treatment models, developed personalized curricula for group and individual care, and led multidisciplinary teams in both residential and outpatient settings. His services support vulnerable and justice-involved populations, with a focus on healing, accountability, and long-term stability.
